Adobe has just released version 10,0,22,87 of Flash Player.

Note: The site still states the downloads are version 10,0,12,36. A quick check reveals the packages actually do contain the most recent version 10,0,22,87.

You don’t need the Flash Player Settings Manager to set up trusts for local files. By creating FlashPlayerTrust files you can set up system-wide or user specific trusts for local files without a connection to the internet.
